Shoku En Buri is SCSA (Seedling Certification for Sustainable Aquaculture) certified and 100% sustainable. Certification by Seedling Council for Sustainable Aquaculture, verified by EURO VERITAS and equivalent to MSC (Marine Steward Council) certification.
